What we collect

LicenseTrack collects the information you provide directly: your email address when you create an account, and any audio tracks you upload for content matching. We also record usage data — including detection timestamps, match events, and licensing actions — to power your dashboard and alert you to potential infringements.

How we process your content

Audio files you upload are processed through ACRCloud to generate an audio fingerprint. The original file is not stored — only the fingerprint is retained for matching purposes. No human review of your uploaded content occurs. Your uploaded tracks remain yours; we do not acquire any rights to them.

Third-party services

• Stripe — processes payments for Pro and Lifetime plans and handles your card data according to its own privacy policy.
• ACRCloud — performs audio fingerprinting and content matching in Germany and the EEA under its data processing agreements.
• Email — we send account and alert emails through a UK-compliant email provider.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To request a data export or deletion of your account and all associated data, email us at licensetrack@polsia.app. We will respond to all requests within 30 days.

Data retention

Track fingerprints and usage records are kept while your account is active and for two years after deletion, to support historical searches. Payment records are retained for seven years per UK financial regulations, then permanently deleted.
